The posting

  • Als Projectleider Funderingen stuur je meerdere werven in West-Vlaanderen aan en zorg je voor een goede afstemming tussen technische uitvoering, planning, veiligheid en administratie.
  • Dagelijks blijf je nauw betrokken bij de werfpraktijk en werk je passende oplossingen uit wanneer de omstandigheden wijzigen.
  • De werkzaamheden van verschillende werfleiders worden door jou gecoördineerd, waarbij je een duidelijke verbinding vormt met de projectleiding.
  • Je organiseert, begeleidt en controleert de voortgang van funderingswerven.
  • De technische uitvoering wordt door jou opgevolgd en je waakt erover dat plannen, werkinstructies en planningen correct worden nageleefd.
  • Toezicht houden op de toepassing van wettelijke voorschriften en interne richtlijnen voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu behoort eveneens tot je taken.
  • Werfverslagen opstellen en de administratieve verwerking van de werkzaamheden verzorgen.
  • Meerdere werfleiders ondersteunen, aansturen en zorgen voor een tijdige en duidelijke communicatie met de projectleiding.
  • Technische knelpunten op de werf analyseren en omzetten in praktische en veilige oplossingen.
  • Afstemmen met de materiaaldienst zodat machines betrouwbaar blijven functioneren en steeds inzetbaar zijn.
  • Regelmatig verplaats je je naar werven in heel Vlaanderen en af en toe naar Wallonië.
  • 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen de bouwsector of een industriële omgeving.
  • Interesse in speciale funderingstechnieken en de technische aspecten die hiermee gepaard gaan.
  • Een vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en de mogelijkheid om je professioneel uit te drukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Leiderschap gecombineerd met een collegiale aanpak en het vermogen om collega’s duidelijk en respectvol aan te sturen.
  • Tijdens drukke periodes het overzicht bewaren en oplossingsgericht blijven wanneer de planning of uitvoering onder druk staat.
  • Nauwkeurigheid in technische opvolging, verslaggeving en administratieve verwerking.
  • Beschikking over een rijbewijs B en bereidheid om je naar verschillende werven in West-Vlaanderen te verplaatsen.
