🛠️ Jouw dag als Projectleider Funderingen

In deze rol draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor funderingsprojecten van de eerste berekening tot de uiteindelijke oplevering:

  • Technisch Advies & Ontwerp: Je zit al in de vergunningsfase samen met de architect om plannen bij te sturen en te optimaliseren naar een kwalitatief en technisch haalbaar product.
  • Engineering: Na de vergunning werk je nauw samen met de stabiliteitsingenieur om de funderingsmethodiek (bijv. beschoeiingen, palen, ...) verder te finetunen.
  • Financieel Management: Je beheert het budget van je projecten van A tot Z; rendement en kostenefficiëntie zijn voor jou topprioriteit.
  • Werfopvolging: Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze planning en organisatie op het terrein, waarbij je zowel eigen ploegen als onderaannemers aanstuurt.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je controleert de technische aspecten op de werf en zorgt dat alles volgens de strengste normen wordt uitgevoerd.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring (MUST): Je hebt een sterke achtergrond als projectleider specifiek binnen de funderingstechnieken. Er is geen intern opleidingstraject voorzien, dus relevante vakkennis is essentieel.
  • Methodieken: Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van diverse funderingsmethodes en grondwerken.
  • Technisch Inzicht: Je bent een krak in het bijsturen van plannen en het controleren van technische stabiliteitsaspecten.
  • Financiële Flair: Je hebt ervaring met financieel projectbeheer en budgetbewaking.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent communicatief sterk en een natuurlijke leider die projecten vlot door de verschillende fases loodst.
