Beschrijving Als projectleider gebieds- en locatieontwikkeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voortouw nemen in de (her)ontwikkeling en transformatie van locaties binnen Gouda, inclusief grote projecten zoals Westergouwe met ruim 4.000 woningen. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor ontwikkelaars, corporaties en interne stakeholders en bewaakt het gehele traject van initiatief en haalbaarheid tot nazorg. Je coördineert multidisciplinaire teams, bewaakt bedrijfsmatige aspecten (GROTICK) en zorgt voor procesbewaking bij zowel gemeentelijke projecten als initiatieven van private partijen. Je voert onderhandelingen, sluit en beheert overeenkomsten (contractmanagement) en organiseert participatie en afstemming met bewoners, marktpartijen en bestuurlijke organen. Je informeert en adviseert het college en de gemeenteraad over voortgang en besluitvorming, en stimuleert oplossingen om obstakels in voorbereiding en realisatie weg te nemen. Vereist profiel - HBO/WO-opleiding in stedenbouw, ruimtelijke ordening, civiele techniek, bouwkunde, vastgoed of vergelijkbaar. - Aantoonbare ervaring (gebruikelijk 3-7 jaar) in gebieds- en locatieontwikkeling, bij voorkeur binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie of bij ontwikkelaars. - Sterke project- en contractmanagementvaardigheden; ervaring met het opstellen, afsluiten en beheersen van intentie-, samenwerking- en anterieure overeenkomsten. - Kennis van gemeentelijke besluitvorming, ruimtelijke procedures en bestuurlijke sensitiviteit; ervaring met informeren van college en raad is een pré. - Uitstekende communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden; affiniteit met stakeholdermanagement en publieke participatieprocessen. - Analytisch en resultaatgericht: kan GROTICK-aspecten en bedrijfsmatige risico's bewaken en sturen op voortgang en financiën. - Teamplayer met ervaring in coördinatie van multidisciplinaire projectteams en externe partners. - Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding en hands-on ment...
