Ben jij een ervaren projectleider in gebiedsontwikkeling die energie krijgt van inhoud, proces en veel dynamiek? Werk je graag dicht op de samenleving, met korte lijnen naar bestuur en collega's? Zoek je een rol waarin je echt invloed hebt op hoe plannen tot stand komen en worden uitgevoerd? Dan nodigen we je uit om te reageren. Als projectleider gebiedsontwikkeling ben je een sleutelspeler binnen het team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor gebiedsontwikkeling, voornamelijk van woongebieden, zowel in een actieve als in een faciliterende rol. In deze functie draag je veel verantwoordelijkheid en werk je aan uiteenlopende ruimtelijke opgaven zoals woningbouw en herontwikkeling. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Leiden van complexe en minder complexe gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten van initiatief tot besluitvorming en (voorbereiding van) realisatie. - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor het bestuur en voorbereiden van besluitvorming. - Organiseren en leidinggeven aan projectteams; sturen op beheersfactoren: geld, tijd, kwaliteit, communicatie en organisatie. - Adviseren van college en management over ruimtelijke keuzes, strategie en haalbaarheid. - Sparringpartner zijn voor collega's binnen het team en bijdragen aan verdere professionalisering. Wat we van jou verwachten - Ruime ervaring als projectleider in gebiedsontwikkelingen. - Inhoudelijke kennis van het aansturen van complexe projecten. - Oog voor interne en externe belangen en bestuurlijke sensitiviteit. - Comfortabel werken dicht op de samenleving en in situaties met korte lijnen naar bestuur en collega's. - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar als projectleider gebiedsontwikkeling, projectmanager gebiedsontwikkeling of vergelijkbare functie binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met woningbouw-, herontwikkelingsof transformatieprojecten binnen een stedelijke omgeving - Aantoonbare werkervaring met anterieure o...
