Heerenveen staat voor grote en diverse opgaven. Het domein Ontwikkeling heeft binnen de gemeente Heerenveen een centrale en strategische plek en is verantwoordelijk voor het professioneel managen van majeure en complexe projecten en programma's die meerdere domeinen raken. Op dit moment vinden de meeste projecten plaats op het terrein van gebiedsontwikkeling, stedelijke vernieuwing en woningbouw. Het domein is in ontwikkeling waarbij we toewerken naar een breed Project- en programmabureau. We hebben diverse complexe, ruimtelijke projecten waar we een ervaren projectleider gebiedsontwikkeling voor zoeken. Verantwoordelijkheden Als projectleider geef je sturing aan complexe, ruimtelijke projecten binnen de gemeente. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren, coördineren en realiseren van integrale gebiedsontwikkelingen en transformatieprojecten. Je stuurt op inhoud, proces, financiën en samenwerking en bewaakt daarbij het grotere geheel en details Als verbindende, enthousiaste en dynamische projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het sturen en coordineren van omvangrijke complexe projecten en processen. Je bent integraal verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van project, het leiden van multidisciplinaire projectteams waarbij je eindverantwoordelijk bent voor het resultaat. Je werkt in deze functie zichtbaar aan de toekomst van Heerenveen. Je: • Initieert, ontwikkelt en realiseert gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten en woningbouwprojecten, van concept tot oplevering. • Stuurt op planning, budget, kwaliteit (inclusief grondexploitaties), risico's en duurzaamheid • Onderhandelt met ontwikkelaars, woningbouwcorporaties en grondeigenaren. • Organiseert bewonersparticipatie en creëert draagvlak ...
