De Nieuwe Binnenstad is een van de grootste gebiedsontwikkelingen van Vlaardingen. Met ruim €16 miljoen rijksbijdrage, een vastgesteld deelomgevingsprogramma en een getekend convenant met vastgoedeigenaren ligt de basis voor de herontwikkeling van de binnenstad. Met minimaal 800 nieuwe woningen, meer groen, minder leegstand en een aantrekkelijke openbare ruimte maken we van de Vlaardingse binnenstad weer dé plek om te zijn én te blijven. Wat wij zoeken is de projectleider die het waarmaakt. Dit is geen tijdelijke klus en geen inhuuropdracht. Wij zoeken een vaste collega die de komende jaren zijn of haar handtekening zet onder de binnenstad van Vlaardingen. Wat je gaat doen Je leidt de fysiek-ruimtelijke projecten binnen het programma Nieuwe Binnenstad, van projectopdracht tot oplevering. Je werkt aan verschillende omvangrijke vastgoedprojecten. Deze projecten zorgen in combinatie met de herinrichting van het centrum en de ingrepen op gebied van leegstand dat Vlaardingen weer een binnenstad krijgt waar mensen willen wonen, ondernemen en verblijven. Welke projecten precies in jouw portefeuille komen, bepalen we samen bij de start. - Je stelt projectopdrachten en projectplannen op en stuurt op tijd, geld, kwaliteit, risico en organisatie. - Je stuurt een multidisciplinair projectteam aan en werkt samen met vastgoedeigenaren, ontwikkelaars, corporaties, ondernemers en bewoners. - Je bereidt bestuurlijke besluitvorming voor, adviseert de programmamanager en het college en houdt je verhaal in de raad. - Je bewaakt de samenhang: wat je op de ene locatie besluit, voel je op de andere. Jij houdt het gebied als geheel in balans. - Je signaleert vroeg wat vastloopt en legt de keuze op tafel voordat het een probleem wordt. Waarom h...
