In het gebied worden circa 200 woningen gebouwd. Er zijn nu circa 90 sociale huurwoningen in aanbouw. Een marktpartij werkt op basis van een gewonnen tender een plan uit van circa 50 woningen. Een andere marktpartij werkt een plan uit dat voorziet in een gezondheidscentrum en (zorg)appartementen. Als projectleider zorg jij ervoor dat het proces goed loopt. Je zorgt ervoor dat de gemeentelijk belangen goed worden behartigd, je hebt oog voor de omgevingscommunicatie (met omwonenden en de naastgelegen sportvereniging) en je schakelt makkelijk met alle betrokken partijen in het gebied. Je houdt het overzicht, je weet wat er speelt in je dossiers en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het budgetbeheer van jouw project. Daar waar nodig rapporteer je over je project aan bijvoorbeeld de wethouder of je teammanager. Je werkt uiteraard niet alleen aan je project. Je werkt nauw samen met een projectondersteuner, stedenbouwkundigen en bijvoorbeeld civieltechnische collega's.
