Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

  • Coördinatie van projecten van opstart tot oplevering, met sterke focus op planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budgetbeheer.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van werfplanningen, in afstemming met werfleiders en alle betrokken partijen.
  • Organiseren van materialen en personeel, zodat continuïteit en efficiëntie op de werf gewaarborgd zijn.
  • Leidinggeven aan teams en onderaannemers, waarbij motivatie en rendement centraal staan.
  • Beheren van vorderingsstaten, verrekeningen en opleveringsdocumenten, inclusief As-Built dossiers en nazorg.

Profiel

Als Projectleider is je profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Bachelor of master in bouwkunde, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring in coördinerende bouwfuncties.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, met hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Flexibel en resultaatgericht, met oog voor samenwerking en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Taalvaardig in Nederlands (Frans is plus) en in bezit van rijbewijs.
