Bij HEADHUNTER.Vlaanderen hebben we een samenwerking met verschillende bedrijven die actief zijn in de ruime bouw sector met o.a. kabel & leiding technieken, wegenwerken, civiele werken, spoorwegen en gebouwen maar ook bouwmaterialen en automatisatie processen.

Voor één van onze partners zijn we op zoek naar meerdere ervaren Projectleiders Gebouwen voor in verschillende regio's in Vlaanderen en Brussel.

In deze rol neem jij de leiding over complexe renovaties en bouwprojecten die wérkelijk toekomstwaarde creëren. Je stuurt teams aan, bewaakt koers en kwaliteit, en durft vernieuwen. Je vertaalt visie naar resultaat en bouwt mee aan projecten die generaties meegaan.

Als Projectleider ben jij de motor van het project en sta je in voor:

  • Leidt bouwprojecten van A tot Z, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Stelt een haalbare projectplanning op en bewaakt zowel budget als kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Stuurt uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders en onderaannemers aan.
  • Herkent tijdig risico’s én kansen, en speelt hier proactief op in.
  • Onderhoudt sterke relaties met klanten en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.
  • Rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de projectdirecteur en denkt mee over strategische beslissingen.
  • Jij bent een projectleider met visie én daadkracht.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een bouwkundige richting.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 – 5 jaar ervaring in nieuwbouw, renovatie of restauratie.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt meerdere werven tegelijk beheren.
  • Je communiceert helder met zowel teams, klanten als externe partners.
  • Je werkt volgens duidelijke principes: veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning.
  • Je durft processen optimaliseren en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
