Jobomschrijving

Voor een gevestigde en groeiende speler regio Roeselare gaat Let's Work op zoek naar een projectleider voor uiteenlopende bouw- en renovatieprojecten.

Met een loon tussen €2.800 en €5.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring, krijg je de kans om projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering mee in goede banen te leiden. Je bewaakt de planning, coördineert verschillende partijen en zorgt ervoor dat elk project kwalitatief wordt afgewerkt.

Waar zet jij dagelijks je schouders onder?

  • Van werkvoorbereiding tot oplevering volg je projecten actief op de werf.
  • In de afwerkingsfase neem je de coördinatie van inrichting en uitvoering op
  • Je houdt onderaannemers mee op koers en zorgt dat deadlines gehaald worden
  • Met structuur en overzicht ondersteun je administratieve en organisatorische taken
  • Je houdt het team en de zaakvoerder correct en tijdig op de hoogte via rapportering
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting of kan terugblikken op relevante ervaring
  • Technische dossiers, planningen en budgetten beheer je moeiteloos. Kennis AutoCAD is een pluspunt
  • Organisatietalent en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden typeren jouw aanpak
  • Het coördineren van meerdere projecten tegelijk geeft je energie
  • Dankzij jouw oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid blijf je steeds een stap vooruitdenken
  • Spreek je goed Nederlands én Frans? Dit is belangrijk voor zowel de interne als externe communicatie
