Projectleider Geodesie In deze rol geef je leiding aan medewerkers binnen jouw projecten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle uitvoering van uitdagende geo-projecten in de bouw, infra en civiele techniek. Wat jij gaat doen Als Projectleider Geodesie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en uitvoering van uiteenlopende projecten. Je stuurt de betrokken landmeters en projectmedewerkers functioneel aan, verdeelt werkzaamheden en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en financiële voortgang en grijpt tijdig in wanneer dat nodig is. Dankzij jouw technische kennis, overzicht en leiderschap verlopen projecten soepel, efficiënt en volgens afspraak. Om deze rol goed te vervullen, houd jij je dagelijks bezig met: - Functioneel aansturen en begeleiden van landmeters en projectmedewerkers binnen jouw projecten - Opstellen van offertes, inclusief technische analyse, calculatie en inschatting van de benodigde werkzaamheden - Plannen, voorbereiden, coördineren en bewaken van multidisciplinaire geo-projecten - Onderhouden van klantcontact tijdens alle projectfasen en helder rapporteren over voortgang, risico's en resultaten Waar je terecht komt Je komt terecht in een hecht team van vakspecialisten binnen een informele werkomgeving.
