Wij zijn een groeiend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in gevelrenovatie en bepleistering. Met een team van vakmensen zorgen we voor duurzame en kwalitatieve projecten bij zowel particuliere als professionele klanten. Om ons team te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een projectleider die projecten in goede banen leidt en onze ploegen op de werven aanstuurt.

Je volgt de werven van a tot z op. Dit wil zeggen:

  • contact met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers zowel telefonisch, via mail en face-to-face;
  • je bent aanwezig tijdens werfvergaderingen;
  • je volgt de werven ter plaatse op en doet ook kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Indien je ervaring hebt als werfleider, ploegbaas of in een gelijkaardige functie binnen gevelwerken, bepleistering of bouw is dit zeker een pluspunt. Indien dit niet het geval is voorzien we een interne opleiding.
  • Je beschikt over technische kennis van gevelrenovatie en/of pleisterwerken.
  • Je kan plannen lezen en vertalen naar de uitvoering op de werf.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan mensen motiveren en aansturen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Rijbewijs B is vereist.
  • Indien je een certificaat basisveiligheid VCA hebt is dit zeker een pluspunt, maar als dit niet het geval is kan dit ook via het bedrijf behaald worden.
