Projectleider Geveltechniek Functie omschrijving Als Projectleider Geveltechniek bij Van Lochem Nederland ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van geveltechnische projecten van begin tot eind. Je werkt samen met een team van vakmensen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten op tijd, binnen het budget en met de hoogste kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de werkvoorbereiding en de begeleiding van nieuwe en lopende projecten; - Het opstellen en beheren van projectplannen en budgetten; - Coördinatie en aansturing van projectteams; - Communicatie en afstemming met opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders; - Kwaliteitsbewaking en naleving van veiligheidsnormen; - Risicobeheer en problemen oplossen tijdens het project; - Rapportage van de voortgang aan het management; - Klanttevredenheid waarborgen en duurzame klantrelaties opbouwen. Functie eisen Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, verwachten we dat je aan de volgende criteria voldoet: Wie wij zoeken: - Je hebt minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Een afgeronde bouwkundige of geveltechnische opleiding is een pré; - Je hebt relevante werkervaring in de rol van projectleider Geveltechniek; - Je beschikt over VCA-VOL of hebt de bereidheid deze te behalen; - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Bij voorkeur woonachtig in de omgeving Den Haag; - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs BE.
