In de rol van projectleider neem jij de regie over het volledige proces, van de definitieve bestelling tot de uiteindelijke oplevering op de werf. Jouw dag draait om:

  • Het bewaken van de vooruitgang en de rendabiliteit van jouw werven, waarbij je proactief bijstuurt waar nodig om de afgesproken deadlines te halen.
  • De aansturing van zowel eigen monteurs als onderaannemers, waarbij je zorgt voor een heldere instructie en een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Het onderhouden van nauwe contacten met architecten en hoofdaannemers, zodat de technische uitvoering naadloos aansluit bij de visie van de klant.
  • Een nauwkeurige controle op de kwaliteit van de geleverde materialen en de uitgevoerde montage, met oog voor elk technisch detail.
  • De financiële opvolging en administratieve afhandeling van je dossiers, waardoor elk project ook cijfermatig een succes wordt.

Profiel

Als projectleider breng je een gezonde dosis technisch inzicht en organisatietalent mee naar de werf.

  • Een master- of bachelordiploma in een bouwkundige richting vormt de ideale basis voor deze functie.
  • Ervaring binnen de sector van aluminiumconstructies of complexe gevelbouw wordt gezien als een grote troef.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een natuurlijke coördinator die kalm blijft wanneer de planning onder druk staat.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, waardoor je vlot schakelt tussen bouwheer en vakman.
