Grootschalige betonwerken vragen sterke coördinatie, technische expertise en leiderschap op het terrein. In deze rol realiseer je complexe betonverhardingen en glijbekistingsprojecten waar planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid samenkomen.

De organisatie combineert infrastructuur, uitvoering en projectontwikkeling binnen één geïntegreerde groep, wat zorgt voor korte beslissingslijnen. Als Projectleider Glijbekisting & Beton neem je ownership over alle betonactiviteiten, stuur je teams en partners aan en bewaak je voortgang, kosten en kwaliteit over meerdere werven in Vlaanderen.

Projectleider Glijbekisting & Beton - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je coördineert beton- en glijbekistingswerken van opstart tot uitvoering, met focus op planning, budgetbeheersing en technische kwaliteit.
  • Je stuurt werfteams, onderaannemers en leveranciers aan in nauwe samenwerking met werfleiding en andere projectverantwoordelijken.
  • Je beheert technische dossiers en rapportering, fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en overheden en rapporteert aan de operationeel directeur.

Projectleider Glijbekisting & Beton - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bouwkundige opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring en brengt minstens vijf jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen infrastructuurprojecten mee.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare expertise in betonaanleg en/of glijbekisting, inclusief kennis van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je combineert sterke communicatievaardigheden met een analytische, oplossingsgerichte en stressbestendige werkstijl.
