Jij coördineert onderhouds- en aanlegprojecten in de buitenruimte. Van gemeentelijke groenvoorziening tot maatwerkprojecten bij vaste klanten: jij zorgt dat alles soepel loopt, van offerte tot oplevering. Jouw uitdaging Als projectleider geef je leiding aan uitvoerende teams en onderhoud je contact met opdrachtgevers. Je bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit, en stuurt op resultaat. Samen met je collega-projectleiders werk je aan een groener en leefbaarder Nederland en dat zie je elke dag terug in de buitenruimte. Wat ga je doen? ✔ Leidinggeven aan buitenteams op onderhouds- en aanlegprojecten. ✔ Overleggen met opdrachtgevers, voeren van onderhandeling- en bouwteamgesprekken. ✔ Bewaken van budgetten, kwaliteit en planning. ✔ Aansturen van medewerkers met een coachende aanpak. ✔ Zorgen voor klanttevredenheid en duurzame samenwerking. Een dag in jouw functie Je start je dag op de vestiging in Hoogeveen met een toolboxmeeting. Daarna rijd je langs een projectlocatie in Emmen voor een kwaliteitscheck. Je spreekt met de opdrachtgever over de voortgang en maakt afspraken over het vervolg. In de middag werk je offertes uit en overleg je met je team over personeelsplanning voor het volgende project. Wat neem je mee? ✔ Ervaring als projectleider in groen of vergelijkbare branche (of je bent klaar voor de stap). ✔ Kennis van RAW en UAV. ✔ Organisatievermogen en resultaatgerichtheid. ✔ Je kunt schakelen tussen kantoor en 'in het veld'. ✔ Je haalt voldoening uit het aansturen en ontwikkelen van mensen.
