Dordrecht 32 - 40 uur (Mogelijk) Vast Wat wij zoeken Jij bent een zelfstandige professional die overzicht houdt, mensen in beweging brengt en klantrelaties duurzaam onderhoudt. Je combineert inhoudelijke kennis van het groen met sterke communicatieve en financiële vaardigheden. Je werkt proactief, accuraat en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het eindresultaat. Dit zoeken wij in jou: - Afgeronde HBO-opleiding richting groen of een andere relevante opleiding; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider in de groensector; - Kennis van RAW-bestekken, zowel frequentie- als beeldbestekken, kennis van UAV-gc is een pré; - Kennis van en ervaring met projectplanning; - Vaardig met Microsoft Office; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, ook richting opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers; - Proactief, zelfstandig en accuraat - Financieel goed onderlegd - In bezit van een VCA-VOL certificaat en Wet Natuurbescherming certificaat; niveau 2 is een pré; - In het bezit van rijbewijs B. Wat ga je doen? Als projectleider geef je direct leiding aan uitvoerders en voormannen in de omgeving Dordrecht. Je bewaakt de voortgang van toegewezen projecten, onderhoudt klantrelaties en houdt het overzicht over mensen, middelen en resultaten.
