Met ruim 50 jaar ervaring realiseren zij projecten in grond-, weg- en waterbouw en sport- en cultuurtechniek. Alles wordt in eigen beheer uitgevoerd met modern materieel en vaste teams. Hier krijg je vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om te groeien. Functieomschrijving Na gunning van een project ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, planning en organisatie. Afhankelijk van je ervaring pak je zelfstandig projecten op of werk je nauw samen met een senior projectleider. Je schakelt met uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders, inkoop en opdrachtgevers en zorgt dat alles klopt: planning, vergunningen, EMVI-verplichtingen, veiligheid en budget. Jij houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en zorgt dat projecten soepel verlopen. Wat ga je doen? - Opstarten van projecten na gunning - Verzorgen van planning, vergunningen en EMVI-verplichtingen - Coördineren van onderaannemers en materiaalinkoop - Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders - Ondersteunen van uitvoerders en projectteams - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en optimalisaties Junior?
