Voor onze klant, actief in de aanleg en het onderhoud van tuinen en groenprojecten, zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectleider Groenaanleg NL/FR/EN voor de regio Tongeren-Borgloon.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen als Projectleider Groenaanleg NL/FR/EN?

  • Projecten opvolgen op de werf en zorgen voor een kwalitatieve uitvoering.
  • Planningen opstellen, coördineren en bewaken.
  • Werfploegen aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen.
  • Vorderingstaten en dossiers van openbare aanbestedingen opvolgen.
  • Werkbonnen, bestelbonnen en projectadministratie beheren.
  • Toezien op de voortgang, kwaliteit en timing van de werken.
  • Rapporteren over de status van lopende projecten.
  • Kleine projecten opmeten voor de opmaak van offertes.
  • Opleveringen met klanten begeleiden.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen en optimale werforganisatie.

Wat verwachten we van jou als Projectleider Groenaanleg NL/FR/EN?

  • Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring in projectopvolging, bouw, tuinaanleg of een vergelijkbare sector.
  • Technische achtergrond binnen land- en tuinbouw, bouw of infrastructuur.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, aangevuld met een basis Frans en een goede kennis Engels.
  • Ervaring met calculaties binnen bouw- of tuinprojecten.
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office.
  • Sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Leiderschapskwaliteiten en een coachende aanpak.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je hebt interesse in groenaanleg, buitenruimtes en tuinprojecten.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
