De functie inhoud Als projectleider grondwerken ben jij de spil van elk project, van eerste schets tot oplevering.

  • Analyseren van nieuwe projecten en grondig voorbereiden van de werf, inclusief werfinrichtingsplan en signalisatievergunningen.
  • Coördineren van onderaannemers, leveranciers en werfleiders op infrastructuur- en rioleringswerken.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanning, budget en timing met oog voor kwaliteit boven snelheid.
  • Werfvergaderingen voorzitten en rapporteren aan de directie via heldere interne communicatie.
  • Financieel opvolgen: vorderingsstaten, nacalculatie en factuuroverzicht nauwgezet beheren.
  • Kwaliteits- en milieuopvolging bij oplevering conform geldende reglementering.

Het bedrijf voert nicheprojecten uit voor zowel openbare aanbestedingen als private opdrachtgevers, van riolerings- en wegeniswerken tot terreinvoorbereiding en omgevingsaanleg. Met een bewust beheersbare schaal van zo'n 30 medewerkers garandeert het korte lijnen en echte autonomie voor de projectleider grondwerken. Kwaliteit en duurzame klantenrelaties primeren op groei.   • Diploma Master Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in infrastructuur, wegenis- of rioleringswerken.
  • Kennis van Autocad, Excel en bij voorkeur Navision of vergelijkbare software.
  • Zelfstandige werker en teamspeler: autonoom, stressbestendig en proactief communicerend.
