Als Projectleider Grondwerken & Leidingen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van projecten rond de aanleg van en grondwerken rondom leidingen. Je neemt de leiding over de uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat elk project veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning wordt gerealiseerd.

Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een mensgerichte aanpak en bewaakt steeds de kwaliteit van de werken.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van projecten van opstart tot oplevering
  • Aansturen van ploegbazen, arbeiders en onderaannemers
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de planning
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement op de werf
  • Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers, werfleiders en andere betrokken partijen
  • Oplossen van technische en organisatorische uitdagingen tijdens de uitvoering
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang van de projecten

Je wordt ondersteund door een administratieve kracht, zodat jij je maximaal kan focussen op de operationele opvolging van de projecten.

Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen de bouw-, infrastructuur- of grondwerkensector.

Ervaring met grondwerken en/of werken rond leidingen is een sterke troef.

Je bent Nederlandstalig en communiceert vlot met alle betrokken partijen.

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Je hebt een pragmatische ingesteldheid en denkt in oplossingen.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd op te volgen.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig.
