Als familiebedrijf met 80 jaar ervaring zijn wij groot geworden door kwaliteit, betrokkenheid en nuchterheid. In een keer goed is bij ons geen loze belofte, maar iets waar we elke dag naar streven. Wij zijn onderdeel van Bouwers van morgen (www.bouwersvanmorgen.nl); een samenwerking tussen de onderhouds- en renovatiebedrijven Ervas, Hoogvliet, Meerbouw, Raevast, Rendon en Roza. Wat je gaat doen Als Projectleider Groot Onderhoud en Verduurzaming ben jij van begin tot eind verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere projecten. Jij bent degene die: - Projectteams aanstuurt en afstemt met uitvoering en werkvoorbereiding - De werkzaamheden plant en de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaakt - Contacten onderhoudt met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en partners - Materialen en diensten inkoopt - De financiële voortgang bewaakt, afwijkingen signaleert en bijstuurt waar nodig - Zorgt dat projecten op tijd, binnen budget en volgens afspraak worden opgeleverd Kortom: jij bent het aanspreekpunt én het gezicht van het project. Jouw ontwikkeling Ben je een ervaren projectleider? Dan krijg je bij ons de kans om jouw kennis volop toe te passen en verder te ontwikkelen door: - Grotere en complexere projecten op te pakken - Een rol te spelen in verbetering van processen - Collega's te coachen en jouw expertise te delen binnen Hoogvliet Totaalonderhoud.
