In rol van projectleider bij deze organisatie krijg jij de verantwoordelijkheid van een groot onderhoudsproject. Hierbij monitor en bewaak jij de gestelde planning, financiën en kwaliteit. Voor alle betrokken ben jij een aanspreekpunt en uiteraard geef je leiding aan uitvoerder, teamleiders en onderaannemers. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een juiste en tijdige rapportages aan direct en opdrachtgever. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Meerdere jaren ervaring een soortgelijke functie - HBO+ bouwkundig werk- en denkniveau - Ruime werkervaring in onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten - ZZP behoort tot de mogelijkheden Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau MBO Aanbod: - - Salaris van € 4000,- tot € 5500,- afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring - Aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarde conform CAO - Werken bij een groeiende organisatie met gezonde ambitie - Sociale en directe collega's - Diverse projecten mogelijk binnen het kader vastgoedonderhoud Bedrijfsprofiel . Deze opdrachtgever is een specialist in vastgoedonderhoud in de breedste zin van het woord. Dit kan gaan om groot of planmatig onderhoud, transformatie of mutatieonderhoud. De directe resultaatgerichte manier van werken is kenmerkend voor de cultuur van de organisatie maar gaat zeker ook gepaard met een gezonde dosis gezelligheid en collegialiteit. Zo wordt er regelmatig samen gesport en wordt dit bekostigd door de werkgever. Met deze speerpunten willen zij in de randstad komend jaar ruim € 70 miljoen aan projecten realiseren.
