Vanaf de voorbereidingsfase ben je betrokken en geef je jouw visie op aanpak, planning en optimalisatie: hoe kan het slimmer, efficiënter en veiliger? Je organiseert en coördineert projecten binnen de gestelde kaders van tijd, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Daarbij geef je functioneel leiding aan projectcoördinatoren, uitvoerders en bewonersbegeleiders. Je bewaakt de financiële voortgang, stuurt bij waar nodig en rapporteert aan de Operationeel Directeur. Je bent contractueel, technisch én financieel verantwoordelijk voor je projecten. Je schakelt intensief met collega's, co-makers, onderaannemers, leveranciers en bewoners. Indien nodig pak je zelf ook praktisch door. Jij houdt overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat projectdoelstellingen worden behaald. Wie je bent (of wil worden) - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur Bouwkunde of bouwkundig projectmanagement - VOL-VCA diploma - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol - Praktijkkennis van installatietechniek (W- en E-installaties) - Ervaring met ketensamenwerking - Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving en kwaliteits- en veiligheidssystemen - Financieel sterk: ervaring met werkbegrotingen en budgetbewaking - Planmatig, proactief en stressbestendig - Leiderschapskwaliteiten en stevig in je schoenen Aanbod - 40-urige functie - Bruto salaris tussen € 4.000,- en € 6.500,- per 4 weken - 25 vakantiedagen + aanvullende cao-dagen - Goede pensioenr...
