Als Projectleider Grootschalige Projecten ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van complexe bouwprojecten van A tot Z. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan, bewaakt budgetten en planning, en zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen op één lijn zitten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor aannemers, adviseurs, gemeenten en interne stakeholders. Van de eerste schets tot de oplevering: jij houdt de regie en zorgt dat projecten binnen tijd, budget en kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Jouw taken omvatten: - Leiden en aansturen van grootschalige nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en transformatieprojecten in de vastgoedsector; - Coördineren van alle betrokken partijen: aannemers, architecten, adviseurs, installateurs en toezichthouders; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Opstellen en beheren van projectplanningen, risico-analyses en rapportages; - Zorgen voor tijdige vergunningen, ontheffingen en goedkeuringen in samenwerking met gemeenten; - Fungeren als schakel tussen de bouwplaats en de directie, en proactief communiceren over voortgang en knelpunten; - Initiëren van verbeteringen in werkprocessen en bijdragen aan de professionalisering van de organisatie.

Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten: van het verduurzamen van wooncomplexen met isolatie, zonnepanelen en nieuwe installaties, tot het transformeren van monumentale panden en het uitbreiden van winkelcentra. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt de kans om jouw stempel te drukken op projecten die er echt toe doen. Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig: denk aan een rol als Senior Projectleider, Programmamanager of een positie binnen de directie.
