Als Projectleider GWW ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en succesvol realiseren van infrastructurele projecten met een waarde tussen de €2 miljoen en €25 miljoen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op tijd, binnen het budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen wordt opgeleverd. Je hebt een cruciale rol in het behouden van overzicht en het motiveren van je teamleden. Deze functie is uniek, omdat je de mogelijkheid hebt om zowel operationele als strategische verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, waarbij je kunt werken aan projecten die echt impact hebben op de infrastructuur. Doorgroeimogelijkheden in deze functie zijn volop aanwezig. Afhankelijk van je ambitie kun je doorgroeien naar een senior projectleider of zelfs naar directeur projectontwikkeling. De organisatie biedt ruime opleidingsmogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen de GWW-sector. Tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden behoren onder andere: - Het aansteken van enthousiasme en het leidinggeven aan uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders binnen het projectteam; - Het nauwlettend bewaken van budgetten, planningen en risico’s om het project binnen de gestelde kaders te realiseren; - Het coördineren van alle werkzaamheden tussen opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en andere betrokkenen; - Het waarborgen van een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering volgens de geldende normen en richtlijnen; - Het monitoren en rapporteren van de voortgang en de kwaliteit van het project; - Het zorgen voor een vlekkeloze oplevering en de correcte financiële afronding van het project.
