Je beheert een hoge omzet binnen een groeiende groep die kwaliteit centraal stelt. Geen marge-op-marge-verhaal, maar eerlijk vakmanschap met 10 jaar garantie. De functie inhoud Als projectleider high-end afwerking regio Kortrijk coördineer jij complexe projecten in het hogere segment:

  • Commercieel opvolgen van een projectportefeuille met een omzet van €2 à 3 miljoen/jaar.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor architecten, interieurarchitecten en veeleisende particulieren.
  • Maatwerk — kasten, dressings, poolhouses — bewaken van offerte tot oplevering.
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne vaklui: elektriciens, specialisten, sanitairtechniekers, ...
  • Kwaliteit en high-end afwerking garanderen conform de verwachtingen van het hogere segment.

  • Communiceren doe je vlot in zowel het Nederlands als Frans.
