De functie inhoud Je zal als projectleider interieurafwerking totaalprojecten in high-end interieurafwerking van a tot z opvolgen regio Kortrijk:

  • Dit begint altijd met het grondig analyseren en het technisch voorbereiden van de aankomende projecten.
  • Daarnaast maak je afspraken met de klanten, (interieur) architecten en de onderaannemers en ben je voor hen ook het eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning van de projecten.
  • Bovendien zal je de werven opstarten, opvolgen en opleveren. Daardoor ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van eigen teams en onderaannemers.
  • Wekelijks ben je aanwezig op de werfvergaderingen.
  • Het opmaken van vorderingsstaten en de opvolging van de facturatie behoort ook tot jouw takenpakket.
  • Er is een hele nauwe samenwerking tussen jou en het verkoopteam.

Onze klant Onze klant, in regio Kortrijk, is een gevestigde waarde binnen de afwerkingssector. Ze realiseren high-end interieurs voor woningen, kantoren, horeca en openbare ruimtes. De projecten bevinden zich voornamelijk in België, maar ze realiseren ook projecten in het buitenland. Het bedrijf heeft op vandaag ongeveer 90 werknemers en zijn de laatste jaren heel sterk aan het groeien. Je komt terecht in een team van 5 mede-projectleiders in een splinternieuw kantoor. Jouw collega's zijn zeer gedreven, maar er is zeker ook plaats om eens plezier te maken. Een grote troef van het bedrijf is dat alle mensen een heel goede begeleiding krijgen on the job. Wie ben jij als projectleider in Kortrijk?

  • Je beschikt over een master (industrieel) ingenieur of (interieur) architect en idealiter heb je reeds ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Daarnaast heb je ervaring in maatwerkmeubilair en AutoCAD.
  • Je bent zowel praktisch als technisch onderlegd.
  • Beschik je niet over master diploma maar heb je wel relevante ervaring? Solliciteer dan zeker ook!
