Van ontwerp en engineering tot uitvoering: jij zorgt dat complexe energieprojecten veilig, beheerst en succesvol worden gerealiseerd. - De techniek en energietransitie ontwikkelen zich continu. Daarom krijg je bij ons volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je kunt je verdiepen in innovatieve hoogspanningstechnologie, grotere en complexere projecten leiden of doorgroeien naar een andere functie. Jouw ambitie bepaalt mede je volgende stap. - Een hoogspanningsproject realiseer je nooit alleen. Je werkt nauw samen met een vast team van engineers, werkvoorbereiders en technisch specialisten. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Samen zorgen jullie voor het beste technische én commerciële resultaat. Als Projectleider Hoogspanning ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en realiseren van hoogspanningsinstallaties van 110 kV tot 380 kV . Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen de opdrachtgever, het projectteam en de uitvoering. Samen met de projectmanager richt je het projectteam in en zorg je dat in iedere fase de juiste kennis en expertise beschikbaar is. Vanaf het ontwerp en de engineering houd je het overzicht. Je bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, volgens planning en binnen de afgesproken financiële kaders worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over innovatie, verduurzaming en de energietransitie . Je ziet kansen om projecten slimmer en efficiënter uit te voeren en weet jouw team daarin mee te nemen....
