ml. T238197 Je gaat aan de slag als projectleider voor diverse HR-aanbestedingen binnen een complexe publieke organisatie. Je ondersteunt de afdeling Mens & Organisatie bij het opzetten, uitzetten, gunnen en implementeren van meerdere aanbestedingen, onder andere op het gebied van uitzenden, mobiliteit, arbodiensten en externe inzet. In deze rol ben je de trekker van grote vraagstukken en zorg je dat inhoudelijke expertise uit verschillende afdelingen samenkomt. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Inkoop en neemt het voortouw in het borgen van implicaties, vervolgtrajecten en risico’s. Daarbij denk je actief mee over toekomstbestendige contracten en de relevante regelgeving rondom zzp’ers en detachering. Wat ga je doen - Het (bege)leiden van diverse Europese aanbestedingen t.b.v. de afdeling M&O - Je bent de aanjager (en dus penvoerder) en de verbinder in de verantwoordelijkheden die vallen onder de verschillende afdelingen en je brengt deze samen; - Stakeholderanalyse en onderhouden van contacten met belanghebbenden binnen de organisatie; - Organiseren van bijbehorende overleggen en borgen van aanwezigheid van benodigde deelnemers; - Jij bewaakt en borgt de tijdige uitvoering van projecttaken; - Opstellen van tussentijdse rapportages aan opdrachtgever. Over jou - Je bent een hands-on projectleider om de afdeling te ondersteunen en te ontlasten. - Je weet op een goede manier onze kernwaarden en zienswijze te borgen en mee te nemen in de contracten en uitvragen. - Je coördineert alle benodigde stappen, bent penvoerder van de aanbesteding, bewaakt de voortgang en ziet toe op zorgvuldigheid. - Je draagt zorg voor een zorgvuldige beheersing van de risico’s in de implementatie. - Je hebt kennis van de (nieuwe) regelgeving rondom zzp’ers en detachering, zodat je actief mee kunt denken op de inhoud om tot een toekomstbestendig contract te komen. Eisen - Je hebt aantoonbaar HBO werk- en denkniveau - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de rol van project.
