Vanuit onze expertise in energie, nutsvoorzieningen, telecom en infrastructuur realiseren we dagelijks projecten die essentieel zijn voor onze samenleving. Voor onze activiteiten in Zedelgem zijn we op zoek naar een Projectleider Huisaansluitingen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie, opvolging en uitvoering van projecten rond huisaansluitingen. Je vormt de schakel tussen de klant, onze medewerkers, onderaannemers en interne diensten en zorgt ervoor dat de werken technisch correct, veilig, kwalitatief en binnen de vooropgestelde planning verlopen. Een goede technische kennis van elektriciteit is daarbij essentieel. Je hoeft niet elk detail zelf uit te voeren, maar je begrijpt wat er op technisch vlak gebeurt en kunt snel inschatten wat nodig is om een dossier correct te realiseren.

Jobomschrijving

De dagelijkse operationele opvolging van projecten en dossiers rond huisaansluitingen.De werken organiseren en opvolgen vanaf voorbereiding tot oplevering.Planning, uitvoering en voortgang van de verschillende dossiers bewaken.Medewerkers en eventuele onderaannemers coördineren en zorgen voor een efficiënte werkverdeling.Technische problemen op de werf detecteren, analyseren en mee naar een oplossing zoeken.Toezien op een correcte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werken.Kosten, rendement en budget van de projecten opvolgen.Contact onderhouden met klanten, opdrachtgevers, medewerkers en interne diensten.Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en bedrijfsprocedures.Projectdossiers en administratie correct opvolgen en rapporteren.

Een technische opleiding in elektriciteit, elektrotechniek of een aanverwante richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Relevante ervaring binnen elektriciteitswerken, huisaansluitingen, nutsinfrastructuur of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving.Ervaring met projectopvolging, planning en organisatie is belangrijk.Je begrijpt technische dossiers en kunt snel schakelen wanneer zich problemen voordoen.Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een vlotte samenwerking met verschillende betrokken partijen.Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.Een praktische en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid.Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans is een groot pluspunt.
