Facilitaire dienstverlening, Management, staf en ICT Solliciteer Ik wil solliciteren Verwijder Opslaan Opslaan Wat bieden wij? - Een salaris tussen € 3.903 en € 5.503 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring; - Inschaling conform FWG 55 van de cao Ziekenhuizen; - Een dienstverband van 32 tot 36 uur per week; - Een contract voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Een eindejaarsuitkering en vakantietoeslag van beide 8,33%; - Een zelfstandige functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief; - De mogelijkheid om zichtbaar bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van het ziekenhuis; - Ruime mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling; - Goede aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder korting op sportactiviteiten, een fietsplan en een meerkeuzesysteem arbeidsvoorwaarden. Wat vragen wij? - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur op het gebied van bouwkunde, vastgoedmanagement, of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal drie tot vijf jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen huisvesting, vastgoed of bouw; - Ervaring met het voorbereiden en begeleiden van renovatie-, verbouwingsprojecten; - Ervaring binnen een ziekenhuis, zorgorganisatie of andere complexe en operationele omgeving is een sterke pré; - Kennis van projectbeheersing op het gebied van planning, financiën, kwaliteit en risico's; - Een zelfstandige, resultaatgerichte en verbindende manier van werken.
