Projectleider HVAC Geplaatst: 8 september 2026 Solliciteren vóór: 31 december 2026 Jij kunt als Projectleider HVAC aan het werk bij Honeywell Building Solutions. Je gaat aan de slag bij het Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum in Leiden (LUMC), één van onze belangrijkste en grootste klanten, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de uitvoering van technisch uitdagende en afwisselende projecten. Denk hierbij aan het vernieuwen van het OK complex, het opnieuw inrichten van Laboratoria en de besturing van de Centrale Energievoorziening, Met een vast team van 12 medewerkers op locatie verzorgen wij de volledige technische automatisering van alle gebouw gebonden installaties waaronder brandbeveiliging, camerabewaking en toegangscontrole. Wij zorgen voor een perfect klimaat, een veilige werkomgeving en een efficiënt gebruik van energie. Om dit te bereiken wordt gebruik gemaakt van de nieuwste technieken, zowel hard- als software. Wij verlenen service om alle installaties in topconditie te houden waarbij wij gebruik maken van alle verzamelde gebouwgegevens om optimaal inzicht te krijgen, en te geven in het functioneren van de installaties. Wat ga je doen? - Je vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar optimale oplossingen en zet deze, samen met onze verkoopafdeling, om in een passend voorstel ( offertes en calculatie , inclusief aanvragen prijsopgaves bij onderaannemers zoals regelkastenbouwer en installatiebedrijven voor E-werkzaamheden. - Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden juist gepland worden bij engineers, inbedrijfstellers en onderaannemers. - Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage in het technisch ontwerp zowel hardware en softwarematig. - Je overlegt met collega's, opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers en coördineert de werkzaamheden. - Je beheert jouw projecten, bewaakt het budget en de planning en zorgt voor interne rapportages. - Je stuurt jouw collega's aan en bewaakt de kwaliteit. - Je draagt bij aan de gezellige sfeer waarin iedereen ...
