Ben jij een ervaren professional met een passie voor HVAC en wil je bijdragen aan uitdagende projecten in Vlaanderen en Brussel?

  • Als Projectleider HVAC ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van jouw werven, van A tot Z.
  • Je bepaalt de planning, bewaakt de kwaliteit, houdt toezicht op veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften, en zorgt voor een correcte oplevering van projecten binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines en budgetten.
  • Dit omvat ook het sturen en begeleiden van werfleiders en externe partijen, het bestellen van materialen, het rapporteren over de voortgang aan de projectmanager en het bedenken van praktische oplossingen voor mogelijke problemen op de werf.
  • Regelmatig overleg en duidelijke communicatie zorgen ervoor dat jouw team optimaal presteert.

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand met:

  • Een Bachelor of Master in Electromechanica, bij voorkeur met optie klimatisatie, of gelijkwaardig door werkervaring.
  • Uitgebreide en bewezen kennis van HVAC-systemen, zoals ventilatie, koeling en airconditioning.
  • Kennis van MS Office 365; Autocad is een pluspunt.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en je kan jezelf verstaanbaar maken in het Frans (communicatie met Franstalige arbeiders).
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een oplossingsgerichte attitude.
  • De skill om snel beslissingen te nemen en probleemoplossend te denken.
  • In het bezit van een VCA-VOL attest of bereid om dit te behalen.
  • Teamspirit, waarbij je jouw collega’s inspireert en motiveert.
