Heb je voeling met pompen, reinigingstechniek of sanitairwerken én ben je sterk in het organiseren en aansturen van techniekers? Dan is dit je kans om mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van een gevestigde waarde in de sector van industriële reinigingsoplossingen.

Deze onderneming maakt deel uit van een grotere groep en is gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling, installatie en opvolging van industriële reinigingssystemen. De klanten bevinden zich voornamelijk binnen de voedingsindustrie, waar netheid en veiligheid van cruciaal belang zijn. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van een tiental techniekers in de regio Tielt, waar betrokkenheid, veiligheid en vakmanschap centraal staan. De sfeer is professioneel maar menselijk, met ruimte voor overleg en eigen initiatief.

Als projectleider HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van de projecten, van a tot z. Je coördineert de teams en waarkt over budget, planning en de kwaliteit van het afgeleverde werk.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als projectleider ben jij de centrale figuur die het project draaiende houdt, van eerste offerte tot definitieve oplevering
  • Je stelt offertes op voor nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten, doet prijsaanvragen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en calculeert projecten op vlak van materiaal, uren en marges
  • Eens een project van start gaat, neem jij de volledige werfopvolging voor je rekening
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met klanten, architecten en bouwpartners, woont werfvergaderingen bij en zorgt voor een duidelijke verslaggeving
  • Budgetten, timing en kwaliteit houd je nauwlettende in het oog
  • Tot slot begeleid je de nazorg en de oplevering van elk project
  • Je hebt een stevige technische achtergrond in sanitaire installaties en HVAC, aangevuld met minstens 10 jaar ervaring in de sector
  • Plannen lezen en technisch redeneren gaan je vlot af
  • Je weet wat het inhoudt om een project van calculatie tot oplevering te dragen
