Wij zijn op zoek naar een projectleider HVAC die verantwoordelijk is voor verschillende B2B-projecten van A tot Z. De volledige verantwoordelijkheid wat betreft projectmanagement zit bij jou naar communicatie en budgettering. De extralegale voordelen zoals een full electric bedrijfswagen en een tandplan. De functie inhoud Als projectleider HVAC krijg je van A tot Z de verantwoordelijkheid over meerdere projecten. Met onderstaande taken zal je jouw agenda kunnen vullen:

  • Planning voor verschillende ploegen opmaken en hen aansturen op de werf.
  • Materialen bestellen en zorgen dat deze tijdig op de werf zijn.
  • Technische fiches opstellen.
  • Vorderingsstaten opmaken.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie met de klant.
  • Financiële opvolging van het project en ervoor zorgen dat je alles kan uitvoeren binnen de vooropgestelde budgetten.

Onze klant Onze klant is een specialist in zijn vak. Hij verzorgt de installatie van centrale verwarming en sanitair in verschillende soorten gebouwen. Zo werken ze vaak mee aan nieuwbouw projecten maar ook zeker aan renovaties. De soort projecten zijn zowel residentiële projecten als utiliteitsgebouwen, elk project is dus anders.

Het bedrijf is samen met andere gespecialiseerde bedrijven onderdeel van een middelgrote KMO met meer dan 120 eigen werknemers. Ze houden van een open en directe communicatie en een nuchtere ingesteldheid van de medewerkers. Die open communicatie is mogelijk door de vlakke structuur van het bedrijf en de korte communicatielijnen tussen de medewerkers. Als projectleider HVAC beschik je over enkele van de kenmerken die je hieronder kan terug vinden:

  • Je hebt eerder al ervaring opgedaan als projectleider en kent voldoende van HVAC.
  • Je werkt graag op B2B-projecten, zowel residentiële projecten als industriële.
  • Je beschikt over goede leiderscapaciteiten en weet jouw team op een correcte manier aan te sturen.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en houdt het kwaliteitsniveau hoog.
