Voor een groeiende, familiaal opgerichte speler actief in technische installaties en gebouwentechnieken, met vestigingen verspreid over België, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Projectleider HVAC. Het bedrijf telt intussen enkele honderden medewerkers en bouwde de voorbije decennia een stevige reputatie op binnen de sector. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar ondernemerschap, een informele werksfeer en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je leidt de werf en het volledige project in goede banen, van planning tot afwerking, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget.
  • Je volgt contractuele documenten op rond wettelijke, financiële en veiligheidsvoorwaarden en controleert de aanwezige vergunningen.
  • Je bewaakt de budgetten en financiële resultaten en rapporteert hierover.
  • Je stuurt een team van medewerkers en onderaannemers aan en zet de juiste mensen op de juiste plaats.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en signaleert en lost risico's en problemen op.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master diploma in een bouwkundige of technische richting.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen HVAC en sanitair, kennis van elektriciteit is een troef.
  • Je bent sterk organisatorisch onderlegd en communiceert helder met verschillende partijen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook onder tijdsdruk.
