Ben jij een technisch organisatietalent dat graag de touwtjes in handen heeft? Voor een hecht familiebedrijf in Olen zoeken wij een Projectleider HVAC.

  • Dit bedrijf is een absolute specialist in de elektrische aansluitingen en de automatische regeling van verwarming, koeling en ventilatie.
  • Je werkt aan betekenisvolle projecten in de openbare sector, zoals ziekenhuizen, scholen en sportcomplexen.

??? Jouw dag als Projectleider

In deze rol ben jij de spilfiguur die projecten van A tot Z begeleidt. Je bent ongeveer 60% van je tijd op kantoor in Olen en 40% van je tijd onderweg naar werven. Een greep uit jouw gevarieerde takenpakket:

  • Projectbeheer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opstart, opvolging en afronding van jouw projecten.
  • Planning & Coördinatie: Je plant het personeel in, geeft dagelijkse briefings aan de techniekers en neemt deel aan de wekelijkse planningsvergadering met de zaakvoerders.
  • Technisch Voorwerk: Je vraagt technische fiches en bedradingsschema’s op, stelt dossiers samen voor de tekenaar en beheert de bestellingen van materialen.
  • On-site Management: Je leidt opstart- en opvolgvergaderingen op de werf met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Administratie: Je maakt vorderingsstaten en "as-built" dossiers op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afronding.

Je bent een autonome werker die zijn eigen agenda efficiënt kan inplannen. Verder herken je jezelf in dit profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma (of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring). Jouw drive en leervermogen zijn voor ons het allerbelangrijkst!
  • Je hebt een stevige basiskennis van zowel elektriciteit als HVAC.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een groot pluspunt.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk: diplomatisch waar het kan, assertief waar het moet.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en bent flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt de volledige eigenaarschap over jouw projecten.
