Heb jij uitgebreide technische kennis van hoogspanning en ervaring in projectcoördinatie? Wil je jouw vakkennis combineren met het aansteken van teams en het onderhouden van klantcontact? Dan is de functie van Projectleider in de regio Sint-Niklaas voor jou een perfecte match!

Voor een innovatieve KMO in elektrotechniek, design, HVAC en bouw, onderdeel van een grotere speler in de gebouwtechnieken, zoeken wij een projectleider die zowel technisch als operationeel de touwtjes in handen neemt. Je krijgt de kans om te werken aan uitdagende hoogspanningsprojecten en tegelijkertijd mensen, middelen en processen efficiënt te sturen.

In deze rol ben jij de brug tussen klanten, werfleiding en techniekers. Je beheert het budget, de planning en de kwaliteit van de projecten en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig en vlot verloopt op de werf. Met jouw expertise en leiderschap zet jij de toon voor een succesvolle uitvoering van elk project.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Bepaal de technische, financiële en personele middelen van het project, zodat alles vanaf het begin optimaal is voorbereid
  • Plan de werkzaamheden van A tot Z, stel haalbare deadlines en zorg voor een goed gestructureerde uitvoering
  • Selecteer de beste leveranciers en (onder)aannemers, geef technisch advies en zorg voor de juiste materialen en toepassingen
  • Organiseer de werf efficiënt: van bevoorrading en machineplaatsing tot het verdelen van taken onder het personeel en het bewaken van veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Een diploma elektromechanica of 10 jaar ervaring in de techniek? Jij hebt de knowhow die we zoeken
  • Grondige kennis van HVAC, hoogspanningsinstallaties en AREI-normen, altijd met oog voor veiligheid
  • Taalvaardig in Nederlands, met Frans en/of Engels als extra troef om met diverse teams te schakelen
  • Rijbewijs B op zak en bij voorkeur een VOL-VCA-certificaat om de veiligheid nog verder te versterken
