Heb jij diepgaande technische kennis van hoogspanning en ervaring met projectcoördinatie? Wil je technische verantwoordelijkheid combineren met teamcoaching en klantgericht overleg? Dan is deze functie als Projectleider in regio Sint-Niklaas een sterke match!

Voor een KMO in elektrotechniek, design, HVAC en bouw, die deel is van een bredere groep binnen gebouwtechnieken, zoeken we een projectleider om technische en operationele verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Je werkt aan uitdagende installaties in hoogspanningsomgevingen en stuurt tegelijk mensen, middelen en processen aan.

In deze functie ben jij de spilfiguur tussen klanten, werfleiding en techniekers. Je beheert budget, planning en kwaliteit en draagt actief bij aan een veilige, efficiënte werfwerking.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bepaalt de technische, financiële en personele middelen van elk project nog vóór de eerste schop in de grond gaat
  • Je plant de werken van A tot Z en zorgt voor een duidelijke structuur en haalbare deadlines
  • Je gaat gericht op zoek naar geschikte leveranciers en (onder)aannemers en maakt weloverwogen keuzes
  • De werfleider krijgt van jou een helder en volledig dossier waarmee hij meteen aan de slag kan
  • Je biedt technisch advies over materiaalkeuze en toepassingen om kwaliteit én efficiëntie te garanderen
  • Je organiseert op de werf de bevoorrading en bepaalt waar machines en opslagzones het best geplaatst worden
  • De planning van personeel en de verdeling van taken vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je detecteert tijdig meerwerken en koppelt dit op een correcte manier terug naar de opdrachtgever
  • Je volgt de prestaties van leveranciers nauwgezet op en grijpt in waar nodig
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en naleving van procedures zijn voor jou een dagelijkse prioriteit
  • Een hoger, technisch diploma zoals elektromechanica
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in werfopvolging, technische projectleiding of gelijkaardige verantwoordelijkheden
  • Grondige kennis van hoogspanningsinstallaties, AREI-normen en veiligheid
