Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over HVAC-projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering, met veel autonomie en ruimte om technische keuzes te maken.

Als Projectleider HVAC ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor meerdere HVAC-projecten. Je begeleidt projecten van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat ze kwalitatief, binnen de afgesproken planning en binnen budget worden gerealiseerd. Je bent de schakel tussen klanten, werfleiders, onderaannemers en de interne projectorganisatie.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van HVAC-projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Aansturen van werfleiders, ploegchefs, techniekers en onderaannemers.
  • Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en het budget.
  • Technische oplossingen uitwerken en meedenken over optimalisaties.
  • Selecteren en opvolgen van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Voorbereiden van offertes en opvolgen van de facturatie.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten en deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang van jouw projecten aan de technische directie of projectmanager.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als projectleider binnen HVAC of gebouwtechnieken.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van HVAC-installaties.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet meerdere projecten gelijktijdig op te volgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, collega's en partners.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, verantwoordelijk en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten
