The posting

Als projectleider sta je in voor de volledige opvolging van projecten, waar je samen met collega's gaat voor een passende, kwaliteitsvolle oplossing voor de klant. Je start vanuit de studie van het bureau, in combinatie met de voorbereidende calculaties (eigen dienst).

Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van het project dat gaat van de planning, rapportage tot opvolging budget (vorderingsstaten),...

Jouw ervaring en kennis zorgt ervoor dat je steeds een antwoord kan bieden op technische uitdagingen/problemen, denkt in oplossingen en opportuniteiten en treedt op als vak-expert. Bij complexe technische dossiers kan je steeds rekenen op de ondersteuning van collega's.

Je bent regelmatig op de werf te vinden voor de stand van zaken, alsook neem je actief deel aan werfvergaderingen. Zo houd je vinger aan de pols en kan je snel inspelen op onverwachte problemen/situaties. De werfopvolging gebeurt in tandem met werfleiders die ervoor zorgen dat jij het overzicht kan bewaken.

Onze klant staat steeds dicht bij de klant (eindklant, architect, bouwheer,...), het spreekt voor zich dat je regelmatig contact houdt en hen informeert van het verloop van de werken.

  • Gezien de toenemende complexiteit van de projecten is onze klant op zoek naar projectleiders met aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke job (min. 5 jaar), binnen de sector.
  • Je hebt ervaring met verschillende HVAC-S/R systemen en kent je weg in deze technische omgeving.
  • De functie vereist bepaalde flexibiliteit, de ploegen starten vroeg, jouw klanten zijn vaak laat aan het werk. Je bezit voldoende assertiviteit om hiermee om te gaan, zonder het commerciële uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands, een mondje Engels en Frans is gezien de internationalisering van de teams een sterke must.
