Voor Air Trade Industries zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren projectleider!

Air Trade Industries realiseert al 25 jaar HVAC- en klimaatinstallaties voor industrie en logistiek, vanuit onze vestiging in Gent. We groeien bewust op kwaliteit: we investeren in mensen, in opleiding en in de nieuwste technieken. Een organisatie met korte lijnen, waar je rechtstreeks met de zaakvoerders werkt en waar je mee bepaalt hoe we verder groeien.

Jobomschrijving

Je krijgt een lastenboek of een klantvraag en maakt daar zelfstandig een technische oplossing en een prijs van: systeemkeuze, selectie, principeschema, materiaalstaat en prijsopbouw. Je bevraagt onderaannemers en stelt de offerte op.

De projecten die je wint, voer je zelf uit tot oplevering: planning, coördinatie van onderaannemers en eigen ploegen, werfopvolging, meerwerk en nacalculatie.

Profiel

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als projectleider HVAC
  • Je hebt zelfstandig B2B projecten gecalculeerd
  • Je maakt zelf de systeemkeuze, je vult niet enkel prijzen in
  • Je kan meerdere offertes per maand dragen zonder aan kwaliteit in te boeten
  • Je stuurt onderaannemers aan en voert zelf de meerwerkgesprekken
  • Nederlands vlot, Frans of Engels is een plus
  • Rijbewijs B

Pluspunten: uitvoeringsberekeningen en Revit of AutoCAD MEP, ervaring in industrie en logistiek, koeltechnisch attest, ervaring met design-and-build. Je doet hier je eigen inkoop, je eigen planning en je volgt je onderaannemers zelf op. Wie dat als vrijheid ziet, past bij ons.
