Als Projectleider HVAC ben jij het kloppende hart van onze technische projecten. Je combineert je technische kennis met leiderschap en organisatievermogen.

Samen met een sterk team specialisten zorg je dat elk project bij particulieren of bedrijven succesvol worden afgewerkt.

Wat ga jij concreet doen?

  • Leiden en coördineren van HVAC-projecten (verwarming, koeling, sanitair en ventilatie).
  • Technische plannen lezen, opmaken en vertalen naar uitvoerings- en as-built dossiers.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van arbeiders op de werf, met oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, architecten, leveranciers en interne teams.
  • Bewaken van planning, budget en voortgang van elk project.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van technische uitdagingen en knelpunten.
  • Rapporteren aan het management en meedenken over optimalisaties.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in een technische richting (bv. elektromechanica, energietechniek, klimatisatie, bouwkunde).
  • Niet het juiste diploma? Dan heb je minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider of werfleider in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur binnen HVAC.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft 365, Auto-CAD en Acrobat.
