Zin om als ervaren project manager echt het verschil te maken? Een technisch bedrijf in de bouwsector zoekt een project manager die de zaakvoerders operationeel ondersteunt. Het gaat om mooie residentiële projecten, van appartementen tot high-end villa's, allemaal gelegen in de regio. Zo blijf je weg van Brussel, Antwerpen en de kust. Je komt terecht in een jong team met veel groeimogelijkheden. Je bent de eerste vaste kracht in het bedrijf, dus je kan de werking mee uitbouwen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je beheert de projecten operationeel vanaf de verkoop tot en met de oplevering, terwijl de zaakvoerder de offertes en de verkoop opneemt. Zo bewaak je zelf planning, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.
  • Je staat in voor de communicatie met klanten, architecten en bouwers, zodat er duidelijkheid en vertrouwen is bij alle partijen.
  • Je plant, organiseert en volgt de werfactiviteiten op, waardoor je tijdig kan bijsturen. Omdat alle werven in de regio liggen, kan je snel ter plaatse zijn.
  • Je fungeert als sterke controlefunctie op de werf.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld een master elektromechanica met klimatisatie, en kan die kennis vertalen naar de praktijk.
  • Je bent mondig, sociaal vaardig en communiceert goed, zodat je respect afdwingt bij alle betrokken partijen.
  • Je kan organiseren, plannen en een team motiveren, wat je projecten vlot laat verlopen.
  • Je beheerst het Engels goed en werkt graag on-site op projecten in de regio.
