The posting

Als projectleider regeltechniek HVA (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) sector heb je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de succesvolle uitvoering van projecten met betrekking tot klimaatbeheersing en ventilatie.

  • Als projectleider/systeemintegrator ben je van begin tot eind betrokken bij het gedeelte regeling binnen het dossier. Er dient nauw samengewerkt te worden met de projectleiders HVAC en Elektriciteit om te kijken naar de noden en behoeften van de klant. Binnen het regelgedeelte sta je zelf in voor de opmaak van de nodige engineeringsdocumenten (I/O lijsten, aansluitlijsten, P&ID's opmaken,...), de opstart van het project, alsook een opleiding naar de klant.
  • Je staat in voor de programmatie op basis van hydraulische schema's en regeltechnische bestekken. Kennis van Priva en/of Siemens is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onze afdeling bordenbouw voor het uitwerken van de HVAC borden.
  • Aansturen van eigen personeel (en/of externen) om alle bekabelingswerken in goede banen te leiden.
  • Een diploma in een technische discipline zoals elektrotechniek, elektromechanica , klimatisering of een verwant vakgebied.
  • Enige ervaring binnen de HVAC-sector, vaak 5+ jaar is een meerwaarde
  • Je kan werken op een autonome manier
  • Je bezit over goede communicatievaardigheden waardoor je gemakkelijk contact legt op alle niveaus binnen een organisatie, alsook met de klant.
  • Je kan je zich inleven in andermans situatie

In deze rol draag je bij aan de efficiëntie, duurzaamheid en effectiviteit van gebouwbeheersystemen, wat bijdraagt aan comfort en energie-efficiëntie.
