Vacature: Projectleider – Regio Kempen & Antwerpen

Ben jij een geboren organisator met een passie voor techniek en bouwprojecten? Hou je ervan om mensen te motiveren, het overzicht te behouden en projecten van begin tot eind tot een succes te maken? Wil je werken aan uitdagende en kwalitatieve projecten binnen een groeiend en familiaal team? Dan is deze functie als Projectleider precies wat je zoekt.

Wat je gaat doen:

Als Projectleider ben jij de spil van onze projecten. Jij coördineert, stuurt aan en bewaakt het volledige traject, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt, binnen de afgesproken kwaliteit, planning, budget en veiligheid. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor iedereen die betrokken is: interne teams, onderaannemers, leveranciers en klanten.

Concreet ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het voorbereiden, plannen en opstarten van projecten, zodat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Het bewaken van resources, budgetten en deadlines om projecten op schema te houden.
  • Leiding geven aan projectteams en onderaannemers, met focus op motivatie, samenwerking en resultaat.
  • Technische opvolging: voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en het tijdig doorvoeren van wijzigingen.
  • Rapporteren aan het management over de stand van zaken, risico’s, financiële opvolging en meer-/minderwerken.
  • Processen verbeteren en bijdragen aan continue optimalisatie binnen het team.

Wie jij bent:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masteropleiding in een technische richting of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als projectleider in de bouw of technische installaties.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, resultaatgericht en houdt het hoofd koel, zelfs onder druk.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk met collega’s, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je bent hands-on, proactief en kan meerdere projecten tegelijk beheren.
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Rijbewijs B is vereist.
