  • Jouw dag draait om het aansturen van diverse technische projecten, waarbij je van A tot Z de touwtjes in handen houdt wat direct resulteert in een feilloze en tijdige oplevering.
  • Je overlegt continu op een constructieve manier met de hoofdaannemers en interne teams, wat moeiteloos zorgt voor glasheldere communicatie en strakke planningen die netjes gehaald worden.
  • Door een uitgekiende planning van de eigen monteurs en onderaannemers, garandeer je een verhoogde productiviteit en een soepele uitvoering zonder frustrerend tijdverlies.
  • Tijdens de werfvergaderingen neem je kordaat het stuur over en stuur je bij waar nodig, zodat de strengste kwaliteitsnormen telkens weer moeiteloos worden afgevinkt.
  • Je ontleedt de budgetten met een arendsoog en stelt scherpe financiële analyses op, waardoor we elk bouwdossier uiterst rendabel en financieel succesvol kunnen afsluiten.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een hoger diploma Bouwkunde met reeds een eerste ervaring in ventilatietechnieken.
  • Om als Projectleider Ventilatie echt het verschil te maken, beschik je over uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en bedenk je liever slimme oplossingen in plaats van problemen te zien.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een verbindende communicator die op een doordachte, zelfstandige manier knopen doorhakt en de koe stevig bij de horens durft te vatten.
  • Voor jouw klanten fungeer je simpelweg als een betrouwbare rots in de branding die zijn beloftes steevast nakomt en hen volledig ontzorgt doorheen het hele bouwproces.
