Ben jij technisch sterk en hou je ervan om een HVAC-project van voorbereiding tot oplevering in goede banen te leiden?

Voor een groeiende HVAC-specialist in de regio's Kuurne en Eke zoeken we een Projectleider HVAC die verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen over uiteenlopende projecten en daarbij graag schakelt tussen techniek, planning, klanten en werf.

Je krijgt veel autonomie, werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's en ziet jouw projecten van dichtbij groeien van plan tot realisatie.

Wat houdt jouw functie in?

Als Projectleider HVAC ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor jouw projecten.

Je bewaakt de technische uitvoering, planning en budgetten en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen goed op elkaar afgestemd blijven.

Concreet:

· Je neemt HVAC-projecten van opstart tot oplevering in handen.

· Je analyseert studies en voorbereidende calculaties en vertaalt deze naar een praktisch projectplan.

· Je bewaakt planning, budget, voortgang en vorderingsstaten.

· Je volgt de uitvoering regelmatig op de werf en neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen.

· Je stemt nauw af met werfleiders en interne collega's.

· Je communiceert rechtstreeks met architecten, bouwheren en klanten.

· Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen wanneer een project daarom vraagt.

· Je volgt kosten en resultaten op en maakt nacalculaties.

· Je detecteert opportuniteiten en zoekt naar de meest efficiënte oplossing voor klant én project.

Je combineert dus techniek, organisatie en klantencontact in één veelzijdige functie.

Wie zoeken we?

Je hebt ervaring met HVAC-projecten en voelt je goed in een rol waarin je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en verschillende partijen samenbrengt.

Daarnaast:

· Heb je enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen HVAC, projectleiding of een vergelijkbare technische functie.

· Beschik je over een sterke technische kennis van HVAC-installaties.

· Denk je praktisch, analytisch en oplossingsgericht.

· Kan je vlot plannen, prioriteiten stellen en het overzicht bewaren.

· Communiceer je duidelijk en professioneel met klanten, collega's en partners.

· Heb je voldoende commerciële feeling om mee te denken met de klant.

· Spreek je vlot Nederlands.

· Is kennis van Frans en/of Engels een pluspunt.

· Beschik je over een rijbewijs B.

· Ben je flexibel wanneer de voortgang van een project dit vraagt.
