Je komt terecht in een jong, ambitieus en groeiend bedrijf waar je meewerkt aan diverse projecten: van residentiële installaties tot grotere realisaties zoals appartements- en kantoorgebouwen.

Jouw rol als Projectleider HVAC?

Als projectleider HVAC ben jij de spilfiguur die projecten succesvol tot een goed einde brengt:

  • Projectopvolging van A tot Z

Je start met de voorbereiding (plannen analyseren, materialen bepalen, timing opstellen) en zorgt voor een correcte oplevering en nazorg.

  • Planning en coördinatie

Je maakt de werfplanning op, plant techniekers in en stemt af met leveranciers en onderaannemers zodat alles vlot en volgens planning verloopt.

  • Opvolging op de werf

Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werf, controleert de uitvoering van de werken en grijpt in bij problemen of afwijkingen. De projecten bevinden zich in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.

  • Bewaken van timing, budget en kwaliteit

Je volgt deadlines en kosten op en zorgt ervoor dat de werken uitgevoerd worden volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.

  • Aanspreekpunt voor klanten

Je bent de vaste contactpersoon voor de klanten, geeft technische uitleg en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie tijdens het hele project.

  • Samenwerking met het interne team

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en zorgt voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming tussen kantoor en werf.

  • Veiligheid en oplevering

Je ziet erop toe dat alle werken veilig worden uitgevoerd en dat elk project correct en professioneel wordt opgeleverd.

  • Heb jij al een eerste ervaring als projectleider én een passie voor centrale verwarming en sanitair? Dan ben jij misschien de versterking die we zoeken bij Geopower in Ledegem.
  • Bachelor elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Eerste ervaring als projectleider binnen HVAC
  • Sterk in communicatie en organisatie
  • Klantgericht en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
  • Je houdt van een hands-on omgeving in een hecht team
